Seriously think twice for patronising this shop.

Their service is fcuking fcuked up and they are

Apparently, mummy bot a dress from them fer her coming D&D last Saturday,and after realising some defects on the dress, we bot it back the next day fer exchange.

And wonder if iz really that coincident, they got no more stock and their staff offered for a transfer from Bugis to Vivo.

Fine!

This particular staff said it will take about 3 days fer transfer and will call me once iz ready.Since I was busy the week, finally went down today to collect it.

To my dismay, the staff told me that THEY DUNNO ANYTHING about this transfer thingy, inlcuding Bugis outlet and said that particular staff was been sacked already.

WHAT THE!!!!!!!!!! MY PROBLEM?!

Comon' lorx!! She got sacked, then what has it got to do with the dress??!
Ohh!! So is down on my luck that she got sack larx?!

"WE DUNNO ANYTHING" -Just wanna try their luck by using this 3 words covers the whole bloody problem?!

Fine! Blood shot to the top, a big hoo-ha was created!

She called bugis branch and her SALES MANAGER spoke to me about the problem and I was arguing with him over the phone in the shop.

He: "Hello! My name is Bernard and I am the sales manager of the shop, that staff has been sacked already."

SO?!! IS THIS MY FCUKING PROBLEM??

I GOT NO INTEREST TO KNOW WHO THE FCUK YOU ARE!!!

He expects me to WAIT FOR ANOTHER DAY AGAIN for the transfer of the dress - NO!!
I insisted on a REFUND!

He sounded super "bey song" and asked me what I want.I still insisted on the refund while he said gif me 5 mins to check fer the stock.I asked him, if there is no stock, at the end of the day, he still needs to refund me, isnt it?!

I mean, to solve the problem, why not just refund me and save all the trouble?!
He insist that HE DUNNO the problem, that's why he cannot refund!He suggested to wait for him while he rushes down in cab to vivo to pass me the dress.

Yahh rite~!

I mean, is like, since he can already push the blame to a sacked staff, what makes him think that his words can be trusted??Who knows he mite MAKE ME WAIT or something... ....

He did not even called back 5 minutes later which he promised too!

Thru-out the whole conversation, he does not sound sincere and sorry @ all, just becos that bloody staff was sacked, so IT'S HER FAULT! Just another bastard!

Ended up, I went down to Bugis and collect the fcuking dress personally and also to see his fcuking chao gay look!

Yah!! And know what... I remembered that day there was 2 girls @ vivo and I saw the other 1 of them @ Bugis lorx, so I asked her,"aint u the 1 @ vivo the other day?!"

Guess what she said?!

"Yah! But i wasnt the 1 who do the transfer for you, it was the other 1 who got sacked!"

Now, are you sure you wanna enter such shops????!!!

I swear I WILL NEVER WANNA STEP INTO THAT BLOODY SHOP AGAIN!!!
